Steve is a Co-Founder of Goldfinch Music Limited (“GFM”) and a Co-Founder of Nashville and UK based Southern Crossroads Music (“SCM”).
His role at GFM involves the assessment of music requirements for film/TV and other audio-visual projects or events and their subsequent production.
He was previously the CEO of Grammy and multi R.I.A.A. Award winning music publisher, S1 Songs Group (and its main trading subsidiary S1 Songs (America) Inc.) that was sold to Chrysalis Music in 2010.
S1 was the music publisher for Sheryl Crow, Creed, Evanescence as well as representing works by John Denver, Billy Strayhorn, Jimmy Eat World, Papa Roach, Lifehouse, Seether and also many top Nashville songwriters. At the time of the sale to Chrysalis, S1 had 5 singles in the Billboard Country Top 20 Chart.
SCM has also seen recent success with songs performed by Tim McGraw (R.I.A.A. Gold) and Brett Eldredge and it has also placed many of its songs in film and TV programmes such as “Nashville”, “The Affair”, “Justified”, “The Lying Game”, “Vampire Diaries”, “Bad Grandpa”, “Shameless”, “90210”, “Kings of Appleton” and “The Giant Mechanical Man”.
Prior to the S1 role, Steve was a Partner in International Accounting firms Grant Thornton and Baker Tilly where he specialised in intellectual property and entertainment law and tax. He then became a Director in the tax and legal services boutique Chiltern plc. where he was Head of Media Rights.
Steve graduated in Business with Law, has a post grad diploma in Trust Law and Administration, post grad certificates in Revenue Law and Investment Law and Practice. He obtained a PgD (With Merit) in UK, US and European Law of Copyright and Related Rights from Kings College, School of Law (London). He is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA, Fellow).
He is a full member of the Music Producers Guild.

Liam is also the Creative Services Manager for Southern Crossroads Music (SCM) where he is responsible for the development and management of the artists and songwriters on the SCM roster both in Nashville and the UK.
Liam signed Nashville’s Don Gallardo to SCM whose songs have subsequently been licensed for film and TV productions including, CW’s “Vampire Diaries”, ABC’s “Nashville”, and the film, “Jackass Presents Bad Grandpa”, as well as having a song nominated for the Toronto Independent Music Awards.
Liam’s industry career started at multi-award winning, UK independent soundtrack label, Silva Screen Records, where he worked on the soundtrack releases of major film successes; “The Departed”, “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy”, “The Expendables”, “Charlie And The Chocolate Factory” among many others.
He also worked on the soundtracks of hit TV shows including BBC’s “Doctor Who”, “Sherlock”, “Torchwood”, “Thunderbirds” and the famed natural history series that include “Frozen Planet”, “Africa” and “The Human Planet”.
Liam also worked within the TV and Film licensing department working with clients including BBC, BSkyB and ITV.
A credited producer Liam has produced works that have been licensed in CW’s “90210”, ABC’s “The Lying Game” and the independent film starring David Tennant, “Mad To Be Normal” slated for release in 2017.
Liam graduated in Drama & English Literature from Essex University and has a Production Certificate from the elite Berklee College of Music, Boston, US. He is a member of the Music Producers Guild and the Royal Television Society.
